01Where this stands today

LangCare is public and used. The platform — server, SDK, guardrails, skills, accelerators, batch workflows, console — exists and runs; the demo above is it, not a mock-up. We're onboarding a small number of design partners through 2026: funded clinical-AI startups and clinician-founders with a real workload and a real EMR to connect to. You bring the workload; we get your first tenant live in your cloud, and your feedback shapes what we build next.

If you're an investor: I'm happy to walk you through the architecture, the economics, and what design partners are telling us. Same email as everyone else.

02Why I built this — a note from the founder

I've spent twenty-five years building healthcare software, most of it as a CTO — at Clairyon, NourishedRx, OPlus, and Solera Health. The same problem followed me everywhere: getting real clinical data safely to the software that needs to act on it.

When Anthropic published the Model Context Protocol in November 2024, it was obvious what it meant for clinical AI. Within a few weeks I built the first MCP server for FHIR and open-sourced it. It grew into LangCare, and a few thousand teams have installed it since. The feedback from those teams was consistent: connecting an agent to a FHIR API was solved in an afternoon. Everything after that — the part a hospital actually cares about — was not.

Kartha is that "everything after." It's not a research project and it's not a demo. It's the unglamorous production layer, built once, properly, so clinical teams don't each spend a year rebuilding it.
